Great Program! – RunDouble (Go from couch to 5k in 9 weeks!) Review

I did the couch to 5k program. I hated running and had a very sedentary lifestyle. At the end of 10 weeks I am able to run 3.2 miles! I am shocked! This program builds your endurance and strength gradually and you amaze yourself with what you are able to do. I have shared it with all my neighbors and friends and they love this app too! Can't wait to run in my first 5K event on Thanksgiving!
