App prevented my alarm from going off! – Deep Sleep and Relax Hypnosis Review

I really enjoyed the narrator's voice and the content, helped me fall asleep consistently. However, the app design is terrible! Background audio is turned off by default (what?) and so I had been leaving the phone screen on, face down, to go to sleep. Well, last night the app popped up with a request to rate, which prevented my alarms from going off! I was late to work! You want a rating? You got one! Fix your poor app design.
