Tried others but this one really seems to work. I get at least 6 straight hours which is way more than usual. Been using it about a month and usually fall deep asleep within 10 minutes.

I’m not a meditator and this crap knocks me out

I love it. I almost had an anxiety attack when my new phone glitched and Sid it wasn’t accessible in the store. On tough days I get confused only halfway through because I’m hearing something I don’t remember. Only half way through! It’s worth it. When I first listened it was the background music that soothed me. On rough days it’s the music and the words. <3 I love it.

I paid over $20 for the old version, and loved it....it worked. When I had to reset my iPad and went to re-download the apps I PAID FOR.....they were no longer available. They were replaced with new versions, that they wanted me to BUY AGAIN. The new versions are garbage.....no customer loyalty whatsoever.

These apps do take up quite a bit of room on my phone and I was warned when pulling them up that the owner of the app must update them for comparability because it will slow down my phone. To the owners of all the Mindifi meditation standalone apps please update! I've purchased big packages from you for these meditation sessions please honor this for customers and keep up with it. Thank you.

Why wake me at the end?

I love the soothing voice, but really, why would a sleep app wake you? I don't need help waking up, I need help falling and staying asleep.

I was a little nervous pulling the trigger on purchasing the whole bundle and I'm so glad I did. After 2 decades of erratic sleep, I'm sleeping straight through the night every night and waking up before my alarm every morning. Only downside is the app stops my alarm from going off so I have to use something outside my phone as an alarm but for the trade off of excellent sleep, I don't care!
