Incredible! – ESPGALUDA II HD Arcade Version Review

Espgaluda II is a must have for anyone who is a fan of danmaku (for those who don't know, that's Japanese for 'Bullet Hell') type arcade shooting games. This game controls very well which is a great thing because you're going to be dodging a lot of bullets! Graphically it's just like one you'd find in the arcade with the High Definition treatment. It also boasts a fantastic soundtrack which is to be expected of anything Cave releases. You get three characters to play with; each having their own strengths and weaknesses in combat. There are also different shots you can change to such as one that changes your normal shots to a beam that sort of has a slow motion effect. However, you have to be careful because you need to have the energy to use these special beams! The price points of Cave games may seem high to some, but with the gaming trends leaning towards free-to-play games I admire that Cave hasn't butchered one of their games to include elements you see in free-to-play games nowadays such as timers and in-app-purchases. Pay once and you get the whole danmaku experience! Excellent job!
