Very easy to use – Babbel – Learn German Review

I started using the website Babbel before the app got going, and both have come a long way! (not without some major and minor hiccups) The app is not as comprehensive as the website, but it is excellent for just jumping in and learning. If you are a beginner, there is more than enough content to keep you going for a year or so. It mainly provides vocabulary building and grammar. There are some basic lessons with reading, writing, and pronunciation, but if you are more advanced and looking for language interaction, the website is still the only place for chat/messaging. The only thing I'd say this app lacks is a custom vocabulary builder. Sometimes I just want to add words to the review manager without doing the lessons.
