Not working anymore – 12,24 Alarm Clock Sleep Music Review

My alarms are always silent with the bell crossed out, only a flashing screen. Even with sound turned up full in sound settings and in music with side button. I'm not in sleep mode or silent mode. Cannot figure it out. Very frustrating. It's been over a month.
