I need help – This Is Note Lite Review

I use to love this app that I paid for. I use it to journal each of my children but now it keeps crashing!!! Every time I tap to change the date it closes on me. And there is NO way to contact the developer to notify them that it is having bug issues. I have a iPhone 5.
