Really helpful for busy people – Global Cycle Coach: Your In-Door Cycling App Review

I bought my own spin bike two years ago and found this app right away. I have a small child and crazy job so getting to a gym was not even possible. But this does the trick! I find most days I do the 30 minute high intensity work out with Sarah. It's hard! I finish in the short time feeling like I got a great workout. I would recommend this for anyone who travels, or like me, anyone with young kids and limited time. It's been a huge life saver for me!
