The Loom (PIP) – PIP: The Loom Review

I have the most difficult time downloading the software on my iPhone. I will consider changing the rating if and when I get to use this device. When I click on SUPPORT I am redirected to a home page that tells me what it does. But no way to get to the support team to find out why I cannot get to the app to use it. Austin TX
