Horrible! – Pic Flare - A beautiful photo enhancer with creative insta lens flare FX filters Review

I bought this app for $2 and the flares are cool and all but you can't regulate the opacity of the flare and they charge you an additional $2.99 to remove their watermark from the picture. I'm very upset!
