Lost all progress – Cast & Conquer Review

I was really enjoying this game. I had even spent a few dollars for gems. I went to play and all my progress had been lost the cards I had collected and evolved all my gear gone. I wasn't super far in the game but I was level 30. I had made no changes to my phone. I have deleted this game and will not play it again. Very disappointed. I am refraining from using expletives.
