Problems with keyboard, can't rate this app – GO-Global Review

I've tried contacting support, but can't reach anyone. I'm using iOS 7 on my iPad. Connecting to a Filemaker application. Unfortunately no keyboard appears. Same failure occurs when using Demo ... Opening Word and I don't see a keyboard.
