I love this – Deep Sleep and Relax Hypnosis Review

This is amazing, I'm such an insomniatic I can never sleep sometimes and I just turn this on and within 10-15min into the session I'm asleep. The only thing that has scared me of this is that I got sleep paralysis once while doing this and those episodes are just so horrible but idk maybe that was just me. Other than that Great App.
