iPhone 5s – Home Screen Background Effects Review

Love the app, little worried though, I have noticed while I am using the wallpaper I have made from this app, the circle that shows something running on my phone is on constantly. The only time it goes away is when I am in another app. It's running my battery down Becus of this... Can u make this app to where it doesn't have to run constantly to use the wallpapers you create?
