Steals your money! – Monument Builders - Empire State Building (Premium) Review

I wish I had read the other review before purchasing 200 rubies ($8.99), and then thinking it didn't work, I purchased 50 more rubies ($2.99). I haven't received the rubies, yet was charged over $12 (plus tax)! Oh, and by the way, even after purchasing the premium version, you must buy rubies to proceed. Which means this game costs more like $20 or more. Not worth it!
