REALLY low-resolution overlays! – Click Serendipity Review

First the good: The design is whimsical, the stamps and graphics, (although fairly limited and few), are nicely done. And the overall feel is playful and fun. BUT... (Now the bad): The resolution of the graphics is so low that if you zoom in even slightly, you can see the jaggies. Having a playful interface is nice while using the app, but what I REALLY care about is how the image looks once I'm done with it. Six months later, I won't remember which app I used, but I will remember that the final result was pretty amateurish. Also, this is one of those apps that FORCES you to go with square photos. Granted, it allows you to add colored borders to fill out landscape images instead of chopping of like so many apps do. But I'd still rather have the option to keep my photos just as they are, without that lame square look being forced on my art. Yes, this is a nice start. But until the developer actually makes the overlays significantly higher in resolution, you're better off with apps that don't short-change you on quality.
