RIP OFF! STAY AWAY!!! – Photo Scrapbook Review

The program is not so great but I decided to spend the $1.99 to see if the Pro Version was worth it. I made the purchase but it will not let me access any of the Pro features. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!
