Equation balancer doesn't work – Wolfram General Chemistry Course Assistant Review

I mainly got this app to balance equations quickly but when I tried to use this feature it failed to give me a response. It just showed "input interpretation" and nothing else . If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
