I cant create character – Quexlor: Lands of Fate RPG Review

Hello, please help me I think this is a game BUG, after I downloaded the game, I follow the instruction, clicked the Plus sign, create a character, put name then after pressing "ok" and still cant create one, the ok button will cancel the character creation I guess, please fix this, I will love to play this game and pay money for it.
