Explain!!!? – Touch Color Agent Lite Review

I think that when you're buying the app you should be able to read how to do it, I've tried on the app to do things like the color but it won't work so I think that they should be a LITTLE CLEARER ABOUT THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!????
