ultimate customer management tool – Call Recording Pro (with transcripts) Review

I am a tax accountant and am on the phone 6 hrs a day. love this app-my customers don't mind me recording calls instead of taking notes. the transcripts are a really useful addition I couldn't find in any other app. I feel comfortable stating this app rules!!
