Poker player – Free Poker-Texas Holdem HD Review

Please help I'm trying to purchase poker chips to play with but everytime I try to purchase I get a network failure and lose my money and don't get poker chips and I tried to contact the developer and haven't been able to contact them has anyone been having these problems
