A bit clunky but works – Pebble Faces Creator - Build and Create Unlimited Faces for Pebble SmartWatch Review

I thought I'd give this a try because there were 20 likes on the pebble app for this, so I figured it must work. It does work and I know have a custom watch face of my school logo. You have to be willing to play around to figure it out. If you've used pimpmypebble or info center you can probably figure this out.
