Almost but not quite – TfE M-Tickets Review

I love the idea of digital payments, and once you have set it up this app is a breeze. The problems come when trying to buy new tickets. You must buy a minimum of £10 to get a ticket. Which means you buy tons of extra tickets with each purchase. On two occasions I had to buy 6 singles and two air link returns just to get on the bus. This adds another pain point, why do I have to enter in my details again when I'm purchasing new tickets?! I've missed the bus because I had to sort out my birthday and card number and am writing this review at the stop... I now have my tickets purchased and ready but I'm not happy about the experience. Lothian buses should use a service design agency like Nile to sort out these bumps. They make great digital services.
