WHAT THE? – Canon Online Photo Album Review

Communication error has occurred?!?! What is wrong! I've deleted this app, what 4 times now and it still shows up. I can't even log in. I've tried to send the pictures to see if it was my camera but clearly not. I don't understand what is happening! Can someone please fix it ASAP!
