Very confusing

The app is very confusing and doesn’t match up with the directions. I tried on an iPhone and a computer (android / google play) and it took me an hour to get it to work.

This app does not work. I could barely log in and once I did there was no way to transfer photos. What a disappointment, when I had been so excited to get it after I got a CANON camera. One more thing, but not about the app. Why oh why does App Store not let you rate an app 0 stars? Because IF YOU COULD,I WOULD RATE THIS 0 STARS. ???

I am confused about the negative comments. This works perfectly from my laptop and from my iPad. Just click on the picture you just uploaded from your camera, then hit download and safe. It automatically saves to your photos on your iPad I use the safe as option to save to a pictures folder on my laptop.
It works. But it is a painful learning curve to get it to work.

This is a custom app built specifically for Canon and by Canon. It was frustrating to need to create a Canon account, and use the Canon device site to put my Canon device on the Canon picture site. And there are settings and options to go through everything, and I have to use the Camera’s simplistic keyboard for entering Wifi passwords and my email info. It is a messy process (For pictures! They are just pictures!) Once I dealt with all the learning curves, it does work well and I am able to share albums with my friends and family. The picture quality is great.

This app is pretty useful if you want to download images from your camera to your phone. I didn’t have much trouble getting it set up. You just have to download the app, link your phone to your camera using the prompt code provided by your camera, and send the selected pics on your camera to the app on your phone. I guess the other reviewers couldn’t figure it out??

I thought since it had been months since most of the bad reviews about the log in issue, that it could possibly be fixed by now. Nope. Don't bother with this app.
