Charts and outages – FleetMon Explorer Review

The EU/US charts work again after several weeks outage. The receiving stations seem to be iffy and off line as much as on line. In general they are either asleep at the switch, don't care or as so short funded they can't keep it together. As it stands right now it's a novel toy app that is of marginal use to amateurs and generally useless to professionals due to its unreliability. Mark Fay MMC Jr. Engineer QMED STCW
