The game is impossible. Literally. – Fibonacci Game - Impossible 2048 Review

So the main point of the Fibonacci series is that you add together two adjacent Fibonacci numbers to get the next one. The only number that spawns with any frequency is a three, and you can't combine two threes, thus the game is impossible.
