Like the look and ease of the website and app however was very disappointed to get all these matches and messages ..... which I can not respond to unless I’m a subscriber. I think a 3 day free trial period would be ideal.

Harder than heck to cancel a subscription!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a month. It keeps telling me to go to iTunes. iTunes won’t let me. Harder than hell to cancel. Very disappointed.

Was ok until my profile either got hacked, or mixed up with someone else’s account and profile. Zoosk blocked my account and cut me off before I got my full 30 days I paid for. Never again. Very disappointed. On top of all that, the First Lady I corresponded with tried to scam me.

My account was hacked into after I asked several months ago for it to be deleted. No response from the company or dev team. Do not use this app!

Creep factor on this site is disgusting, add in the glitches and a complete waste of time and money. In the process of trying to delete my account, which of course they make nearly impossible.

More fake profiles and scammers than actual people. Feels like a complete waste of time 99 percent of the time. Because you talk to nothing but scammers. Biggest waste of money I have been a part of, in a long time. It's amazing they don't remove inactive profiles, to make it look like people are actually on the app...

Just like most of these worthless dating apps this one shows promise when you signup. You see great looking women showing you interest but never saying a word after. They openly censored my profile, wouldn’t let me use a particular photo as my primary because of the conservative slogan on my shirt. I unsubscribed and suggest others avoid.

DUIs are fun

First you pay a boatload just activate account. Then you can’t actually read messages unless you pay. It’s a huge scam. Do not pay for this app. You will be upset if you spend money on this. I hope zoosk employees know they work for a crummy company. Id love to deactivate my account and get a refund. I would also like to have all of my information and data deleted from zoosk’s database.
