This is by far the best, and most feature rich notes app. I only wish the lite version linked you to the full version, instead of offering in app purchases. I ended up buying in-app purchases for extra pens and features only to realize later that the full version is a different app and is actually cheaper.

Usable but not great. Can be difficult to navigate and figure out. But sometimes it will get the job done.

This app really stinks. You can't do anything with it, and it doesn't explain how you use it. I would give this app 0 stars if I could.
