Horrible update and worse customer service

The last update caused a lot of issues. One of which was taking my materials (SIM cards) on a purchase and then giving me nothing, no character pieces or credit in the goal. Messaged customer service and no response for 5 days now.

This game started out fun and making progress in the game seemed to be just hard enough to keep it interesting. For whatever reason the update they released has caused the game to continually crash every 30 seconds for me. I now can’t make any more progress from where I’m at and when I contacted the customer service about it they told me to “restart my game” to fix the problem. Not sure if they realize that when the game “crashes” it’s already resetting itself. I reached out again for additional help, but of course they wouldn’t answer me. The developers expect people to pay big money for the in game products, yet they can’t keep the game running smooth. No thanks.

Was fun at first. But now the game freezes and crashes almost every time I play. Also starting to feel more play to play as it takes too long to progress and not enough opportunity to upgrade.

Edit. I increased the stars since they seemed to have fixed their mistake. The fact there was an issue in the first place shows they don’t test enough. Game played fine before. Not super fun but playable. The game has an update to fix bugs but it crashes now when doing any little thing. It must have horrible developers.

I would love to leave a review about the game, but I can’t even get it to open. I have attempted to download many times, after seeing there was an update, only to get the same result.

Good Game with Issues

It’s can be a fun game but like others have said the levels are too long. Offline is also super slow. You pass 1 round every 30 seconds but the rounds are mini-rounds that make up each level. For example level 1 has 10 mini rounds so offline really takes 5 minutes to get to level 2. Also new update just nerfed the amount of tokens for Epic heroes you got by doing the story missions but didn’t change anything about the ridiculous amount of levels. Also seems like the stats on classes are weird. Like why do DPS have a higher base health than Tanks and the Tanks have higher base damage than DPS. Doesn’t make sense. Game loses its luster after awhile and seems like a cash grab. *Update: They somehow keep making this game worse. New update basically nerfed rewards again and also brought a ton of bugs. Game isn’t worth playing.

It was a fun game until the last update. Now it has become almost impossible to get new weapons without purchasing and there are now constant bugs and glitches. Btw if you delete the app to reinstall you lose all the data and have to start over including purchases previously made so that doesn’t help. The daily and weekly challenges are now harder to achieve because you can’t get the necessary items to complete them all now without purchasing the in game currency “twinkies” and you also receive less from the daily runs. Some of the bugs includes, not being able to claim prizes won, game continues after completing stages and can’t get your characters out until you restart the app, and glitching during playing where characters can’t attack because they are constantly running.
