Horrible update and worse customer service – Zombieland: AFK Survival Review

The last update caused a lot of issues. One of which was taking my materials (SIM cards) on a purchase and then giving me nothing, no character pieces or credit in the goal. Messaged customer service and no response for 5 days now.
