Horrible customer service and don’t waste money on it.

So i bought the lmg pack and it didn’t show up. Went to contact customer service but didn’t get a response. Deleted the game to restart it only to realize that it wipes out your progress and you have to start all over again. Went to refund through apple but got rejected for some reason and applied for it again to overturn by explaining what happened. Got screenshots too of the conversation so evidence in case i need it. We talking about $70 at least. So hopefully i get my money back and not play this game anymore. Honestly who ever made this game was in for the money. After seeing it more clearly. Good luck to those who have better luck than I did. Apple please help out too by getting me the refund.

They made this game intentionally difficult to pass each section, so, they want the players constantly to pay to get weapons upgraded. After playing for a while, it was no fun anymore, so I left the game forever, and they are many other games to play free and fun.

So I just downloaded the game and I can’t even get in because it not loading I repair the game over and over nothing AND I JUST GOT THE GAME

Fun game to expensive to play cost to much to upgrade your weapons to beat the chapter. Need to make a way to earn more gold easier.

Started playing this game & quickly realized that you cannot progress without spending money. I made a few purchases, but still could not advance even by trying to grind it out. It is set up to eliminate that option. I noticed a $19.99 charge to the account & questioned it through the app, with no response. I then went through the App Store to challenge this 1 of 4 purchases & was warned through the app itself that this was not allowed & locked out of the game permanently. Avoid this app like the zombie plague. Update: Apple refunded all monies that were charged to my account. ??
