Horrible customer service and don’t waste money on it. – Zombie Frontier 4: Sniper War Review

So i bought the lmg pack and it didn’t show up. Went to contact customer service but didn’t get a response. Deleted the game to restart it only to realize that it wipes out your progress and you have to start all over again. Went to refund through apple but got rejected for some reason and applied for it again to overturn by explaining what happened. Got screenshots too of the conversation so evidence in case i need it. We talking about $70 at least. So hopefully i get my money back and not play this game anymore. Honestly who ever made this game was in for the money. After seeing it more clearly. Good luck to those who have better luck than I did. Apple please help out too by getting me the refund.
