The app took 2 hrs and still didnt assign a rider. I asked customer support to cancel the order. They say they cant cos it leads to food wastage. I said I wont eat food prepared 2 hrs back anyway. She says rest assured we will ask the restaurant to prepare again. I said if its going to be prepared again, it better be cancelled so that I can just order from elsewhere. She just dropped off.

Very nice service. But, the only dispointment is, I got Rs. caseback but, I couldnot find shere that coupon was and today only came to know that how to check that but, unfortunately, it was expired on 14th Jan. If posiible, can you plz extend the expiry date for that so I can use that. Thanks

Being a foreigner and not familiar with the local restaurants, Zomato has made it extremely easy to get delicious meals whenever I need, at affordable prices. Would be much better if the Cash on Delivery limit was a bit higher.
