Worst customer service – Zomato: Food Delivery & Dining Review

The app took 2 hrs and still didnt assign a rider. I asked customer support to cancel the order. They say they cant cos it leads to food wastage. I said I wont eat food prepared 2 hrs back anyway. She says rest assured we will ask the restaurant to prepare again. I said if its going to be prepared again, it better be cancelled so that I can just order from elsewhere. She just dropped off.
