Biased to portrait orientation

It’s a decent app but it’s pretty clear it is not tested very well in landscape orientation. Lots of bugs in that orientation
Doesn’t save your place
lost in my reading
The app is pleasant looking, but it doesn’t save your place in whatever you’re reading. I got a subscription to Harpers mag and each time I reopen the app I have to find my place in whatever article I’m reading.

ZINIO used to advise you on subscription renewals. No longer, why? In fact it no longer tells me when I have a new issue. Wish it were more friendly- the way it used to be..

Bought a subscription to a magazine using the app - the magazine never appears in my library. I have to write to them and say hey can I have my magazine and they say but you do and then... oh it’s all such a waste of time. The desktop app doesn’t work either. Terrible experience for me

How can you download magazines (Sound on Sound) to your phone for offline use (like if I was in an aiplane?) I still haven’t figured that out. Could someone tell me please?

I have paid for two magazines, they have cleared my credit card, but no magazines. Very poor customer service when I’ve approached them. Those were annual subscriptions and nothing.

Evaluating your own account status is essentially impossible. System is set up to buy more, period. Difficult to stop.
