Once again ALL back issues populate your library. With no bulk delete/archive available, be prepared to spend the next hour deleting issues back to 2012. UGH!
Great Way to stay current.

Great way to stay current with my favorite magazines while traveling, or at our vacation home. Easy to look back at articles without having stacks of magazine all over the house. Works for me!

Wife hates my hard-copy mags “laying all over the house”; Zinio solves that problem and all my subscriptions and issues are always with me!!!

Technically a very good reader, marred by the fact that when you launch the app it never takes you back to where you were reading last...always starts on a page promoting more zine purchases. A fair trade if the subscriptions delivered through Zinio were free, but they are not. Put *me* in control of my paid content please!

One of my fave apps going back to my ipad rev one. Wonderful way to keep my fave magazines without the paper, recycling, or lost in mail problems.

I had trouble downloading a magazine and contacted CS by email. I got the expected auto response but heard from an individual within hours. They told me the problem was on their side and would pursue problem. I heard back within a couple of days that the problem was fixed. I forgot to check my app and therefore did not respond. A few days later, I wrote back because the item had still not appeared in my library. CS wrote back almost immediately and helped me solve the problem. That is great customer service.
New is not better

I preferred the app where I could access my downloads without an internet connection. I have now to redownload my magazines from 2012 - I find this frustrating as this is also a waste of data. I feel as if this is regression instead of progress.

Now have every magazine I archived showing up with latest app. Can’t delete them or download them so just wasting space on the app. Took 3 hrs to archive them. Every new version of Zinio is in wrong direction.
Great app but needs to improve navigation

It’s hard to find the magazines one is subscribed to. At least when opened in my iPad, I can see my account, log in, etc., but I can’t see a list of the mags I’m subscribed to. Not friendly.
