Customer Service – ZINIO - Magazine Newsstand Review

I had trouble downloading a magazine and contacted CS by email. I got the expected auto response but heard from an individual within hours. They told me the problem was on their side and would pursue problem. I heard back within a couple of days that the problem was fixed. I forgot to check my app and therefore did not respond. A few days later, I wrote back because the item had still not appeared in my library. CS wrote back almost immediately and helped me solve the problem. That is great customer service.
