Little surprises make the experience

The app is super easy to use and it contains a ton of listings! Be aware that Zillow only verifies some private individuals and property management companies to the extent their own process considers it verification. Zillow does not vet or rank landlords nor does the platform allow for actual renters to provide reviews around these entities themselves. If you are moving to a new city, take special care to obtain specific move-in billing expectations beforehand and do not just take their word for it before signing a lease. Be suspicious of sketch looking rental applications, even if they claim to be “new to this”. Zillow: your competition allows for property reviews. I’m about ready to completely switch over to them in the absence of any accountability on this platform.
Still don’t have password working & hard to go back to a house in same area

My accounts were combined thankfully but I still can’t get a password to work. I think the gentleman who’s helping me was off on weekend & he deserves it. I have another problem though. I’m looking in 3-4 neighborhoods so if I look in area 1 then change to area 2, look @ a house, backup a page but try to stay in same neighborhood 2 I can’t. It goes all the way back to neighborhood or area 1. Every time I look @1 house I go back a neighborhood.

Why do many locations do not have the save heart ??? Hard to go back and find again.

The favorites feature wasn’t instinctive for me. After two emails to the app developers I figured out how to save my favorites. The app features tons of available apartments with detailed listings.
Applications on this app don’t go through to the broker!

I applied for an apartment on this app, and when I tried to follow up the broker had never received my application or the credit check I paid for. Zillow never indicated that might be the case. I am very unhappy with this app.
