Hi I love this app as a landlord but still needs a little tweaking. After a application is submitted I should be able to invite the applicants for a viewing. The option available is to invite them to move in Not sure how you go from application to moving in without seeing the property

Zilllow needs to do a better job of explaining the rental application process to their end users and how they can pay one time and apply to as many as they would like. So many people message me confused about this. Also, they should allow certain words in the description or have a section that tells whether a property is section 8 or not. I get too many people asking whether I accept housing vouchers. Lastly, there has to be a better process to qualify potential applicants or have them read the requirements before sending a question. Everyone wants to “view” the place and I can’t possibly show hundreds of people properties when only 5% may qualify or be seriously interested.
Product is Great, App Needs Work

Zillow Rental Manager has been a great tool for managing my rental properties. I use Zillow exclusively. The Rental Manager app, however, isn’t great. It frequently drops messages I send to prospective tenants, which reflects poorly on me. I have had to stop using it for messaging entirely. Other features, like lease signing, don’t work either, but that’s not as big of a deal for day-to-day management.
