This app lowers the value of your property with no real reason. I have a condo that mine is the only one loosing value while all the others are gaining in value.

Not Specific Enough on Certain Requirements

Needs to be tailored so that things like half baths can be selected. Also, cannot find a section listing the rentals I’ve contacted. Allow the screening out of rooms for rent.

I saw a house I wanted more information about yesterday. I filled out the info for the house and was soon text by Alex Grace. Was thinking I was texting an agent for the house. After many text and having to wait over night. I was party to 2 poor quality phone calls and given to another agent. Total waste of my time. I could have called a real agent yesterday and got my questions answered yesterday.

I love Zillow but I wish the app would not ask me if I’m a robot. It drives me crazy.
Stopped Rotating Images

Used to be able to click on photos of the house and turn your phone sideways and see the photos in full screen but this app no longer rotates when you turn your phone. It needs to be fixed.
