Very hard to navigate

I am a new owner of a home on Zillow and cannot change the info, update photos or get anyone to call. Not acceptable if you want customer interaction.

This app has a pets option for when you are looking to rent. However this should be expanded so you can choose which animals you have, such as having dogs and cats. This would prevent the app from telling you about only cats or only dogs options.
