Beware! If you want your email overburdened with hundreds of daily emails this is the app to download! It does not matter what I try to do to get these emails to stop, they won’t. I get them for three different states, one I’ve never even looked at. Enough already!

Trying to use the app and the part about PRICE RANGE/RENT MY MAX IS 800 but the app doesn’t say that or stop there it goes 800 or more so it I set it to ANY I get unwanted HOMES IF I PUT 800 it the setting puts 800 or more so again I get unwanted homes because I can’t afford more than 800 so just very upsetting

Would LOVE to see the mobile app give you the option to not see the house anymore again, not sure why that feature is gone as it’s super helpful. Also doesn’t save my searches
Can be useful to a point but here’s an example of Zillow’s price being off by 30% or more

I own a uniquely beautiful home that stands out from most other homes in my area in East Hampton NY. I received an unsolicited offer on my home for 800,000 over the price that Zillow showed. I called a broker to ask their opinion. Their response was that Zillow undervalues my home in the range of $500,000 - $600,000. Seems Zillow goes by SwFt comparisons in nearby areas but it doesn’t take into account the quality and beauty that can be unique to a particular home.

So far it’s been a great app! It would be nice to be able to zoom in on the ‘Lot Line’ view. It needs an area to let the customer be notified when the price changes, under Contract or Sold!!
