I have the app on my smartphone, a galaxy. It works great. I can't get it to pair on the iPad. It is a very bad app. I think I will get a different exercise bracelet. I went to the support page. No support there. Should have checked reviews on google before buying.

Currently the only issue is that it won’t let me change the time format from 24 hours to 12.
Doesn't help with watch

I can't change any settings from the app, and it doesn't even keep my count. The app keeps saying my watch is disconnected while my phone has accepted the pairing. I also don't understand why there is no way to report feedback or email someone when you have a problem with the app. The watch is great just a really sucky app.

Although Zeroner Health Pro is advertised as the most recent version of this app, it performs much worse than Zeroner. This one works just fine but can disconnect randomly.

I really like the watch and ease of use of the app but I wish it would sync with Apple Health. I have tried the newer Zeroner Health Pro app but it doesn’t log my steps.

My fourth grader could write code for an app that made more sense. This app is so horrible, it’s almost laughable. No way to turn off notifications, so my children are getting all my texts on their bracelets. The kids love the features, but the app is so worthless I will probably be returning these.

I like the watch...this is my second one. But before, the app worked great. Now it doesn’t work at all. I’m connected, but the app doesn’t register any of my info, and when I go into settings, absolutely nothing even opens for me to change it. So, I'm permanently on military time and the metric system, and I can’t make it stop buzzing me for every push notification my phone gets. The new app update is total trash. FIX IT!!

Every time I go to the app my watch is disconnected so I have to download the app each time I use the bracelet just don’t buy it save money and buy a Fitbit
