my watch is stuck on 24-hour time and i try to change it to 12-hour time but the app won’t let me

It is a decent app once you figure it out syncing the watch is easy and it tracks your steps accurately. The app has to stay open in the background for it to stay synced to the watch which I don’t mind personally. The only thing is the GPS needs to be updated it only tracks every 5 seconds it would be nice for it to track live feed.

Very good but there was a bug when I was first registering using my email, took 4 hours of trial for the app to accept my email otherwise works perfectly as described.

I love the device and I bet the app could be good but it won't work for me so please update it. The thing that won't work for me is when I try and change the time thing to regulus and not 24 hour. When I also try to download the steps and stuff it won't work if any of you know how please tell me :)

App constantly loses connection with the unit. Like a bad relationship... awesome when working. Otherwise, a flat out waste of time trying to keep it working. Pass until they work out the bugs.

When the watch battrey goes to empty i charging but my watch does not show a real time . My time stoped at when my watch goes to off

The last time this app has been updated was in February. However, the same company has another app called "Zeroner Health" which has a frog as its icon. I believe that they stopped updating this app and just made a new app. I have been using that app and it works great. So check it out.

I really liked this app. I got an inexpensive watch which recorded my activity and this app was just what I needed. I recently lost my watch and got a replacement. The new one said it needed the Zeroner Health app. It's made by the same company - but I don't like it! On Zeroner Health you can not see your step history, you only see the calories burnt and miles walked in the history. Zeroner you can and I miss this app!
