首先卡顿问题，卡到我怀疑我穿越到十年前了，充值失败没有联系客服选项，申请退款失败也没有办法联系客服，还得去淘宝找小米手环旗舰店，用户有多少耐心？？？？？？
Last update caused major issues

My band watch hasn’t consistently connected to the app in 3 weeks, since the last app update. I’ve had to factory reset anytime I want to change my alarms, and it’s not recording steps. Until they sort this out, it’s just a rechargeable watch.

no steps sync, history is broken for months but they will show you ads for half a screen now it keeps logging out every few days. my last xiaomi device

Haven’t been able to log in for over two weeks. Keeps saying I’ve not ever had an account, but I have had an account since January. Love the product but need to be able to log in. Getting very upset here.

This app tries to force this every time I open it. Isn’t it stressful enough our phones harass us all the time, let my exercise band leave me alone. Count my steps, wake me with an alarm I SET & check my blood pressure. Also, when it os 2 pm in the afternoon let me erase the “6pm nap” I supposedly took. Let me edit exercise that stopped recording in the middle like yoga (or edit when I forgot to turn it off). Also, my rating went from 4 stars (5 great band minus 1 bad app) until the last update that ensures you are kicked off your account every few days & have to start all over again.
What happened? Massive memory usage

The recent update has significantly increased the memory usage on my phone. It is now storing over 500 mb on my phone. What data is it using? This is not good. Please fix.

I can’t get past trying to log into the app. I get stuck in a loop. The app doesn’t explain logically what the user should do next. I’ve given up.
