Well the app itself works perfectly fine and it’s awesome but something bad about this app is that it doesn’t have dark mode it should have dark mode

I paid for the watch I wanted, I don’t need ads for a different watch on the main screen. The color schemes you chose for the sleep and heart rate graphs are terrible. Transparent light pink on a white background? You can barely see it. Your parent company’s app “Zepp” looks much more professional, it makes this app look very amateurish. None the less, your app works. And it syncs every time. It just needs a major face lift and the ads removed.

For some reason everytime I try to connect it says failed to connect ,contact custom service.My device is a mi band 5. I recently juz bought it .

Buggy app, so frustrating

Mit Fit started to reset my steps over and over again. So frustrating. When I close the app and restart it erases all my daily steps ?

Notification inconsistent

I’m using the Amazfit Bip, with latest update, the WhatsApp and Line notifications are inconsistent, the notifications sometimes comes through sometimes don’t. The worst is when I have the Bip’s auto DND on, even when my iPhone is in DND mode and I’m sleeping, the watch still vibrate upon receiving notifications in the middle of the night, which wakes me up! I have to either switch on the Bip DND manually every night, which is very annoying. Please fix it. Update: 2nd time in a row, I went for Outdoor Run. Half way through the run, the watch showed “long press to stop tracking”, I ignored it thinking it would o away but instead it stopped the run and all the death for the run disappeared. Very annoying when I’m trying to time a run.

We have problem ,when somebody send a message from whatsapp or... etc mi band 5 persian charchter not supported. We want from xiaomi team please in next version in app mi fit add persian language please Thank you team We wait for answer xiaomi team.

The heart monitor show gaps randomly

when import the heart data into apple health, a lot of gaps appeared. Some data wasn’t record, and this bug was introduced in the last firmware, it’s still unfixed in the latest version. Each gap spans around 30 mins, I already set the monitor frequency to 1 minute and try to reset the band.
