While I wanted to sign in with my existing account through email, it put to back to Register page to become a new member.

Stereo sound and no 4K. Unfortunately some of the good movies are streamed in zee5. Way to go in quality.

This is one of worst OTT app. Hard to navigate on apple tv, every time it asks to verify the device. Streaming stuck too-much. I am using this in USA so I can assure you my internet is good. On iPhone showing blank screen is common. Not sure how this app was published. Zee should fire the developers and management of this app.

Like the app but needs improvements

Below area needs serious improvements for apple tv app. 1. Native search which pops up apple keyboard, very hard to search with inbuilt keyboard 2. Watchlist needs to be on top always #1 feature I want is to be able to just show 1 language shows/movies instead of great mess

Buggy app and cast doesn’t not work

I recently got the subscription and I was a bit unhappy that the ZEE5 app was not available on the Samsung TV. I read that there was a cast option from the phone app. I downloaded the app and spent an hour to find why the cast list always shows empty when all other apps can cast. The app does not show any of the 4 TVs that are connect to the network. I even tried casting from the laptop, to no avail. There is no point of having content if you can’t watch it on a TV. Total Waste of money.

I think zee should consider allocating some money for better app development. There are n numbers of problems in this app. 1. Once you are watching videos there is no way to go back to home screen. 2. Auto play feature do not play correct video in sequence. 3. There are some old series which never comes in continue watching section Without good app, no one is going to subscribe for second time.

Very poor quality and doesn’t do as promised

Horrible quality half of the time, cannot access downloads and never ever see the episodes a day earlier as claimed. No response from support.

Needs a lot of improvement

I was excited to subscribe to ZEE5 looking at all the content it has. But the app is unusable with content loading to fail 8 out of 10 times. And sometimes a few seconds of the video keeps looping until I exit the program. I have been trying to watch a program for the last 10 days without success. I am pretty sure this is not the problem with my internet as all the other apps like Prime, Netflix, Aha, Disney, Hulu, HboMax work fine (yes, I am subscribed to all those apps). I can undoubtedly say that ZEE5 has been the worst of all..be it interface, usability or reliability. I won’t be renewing the subscription if the app continue to behave this way.

Look at other apps like HBO Max and copy their UI ! Tapping on a shows name starts playing the latest episode. No easy way to list the episodes in a chronological order.
