I downloaded the app and wanted to subscribe to the annual plan and it wouldn’t let me and forced me into the monthly subscription. Very bad quality while streaming episodes especially in the beginning. Very bad chrome cast experience. There are multiple streaming apps out there. This is the worst by far.

Great content, worst app. It is consistently bad on all platforms. The one in Roku drops resolution, to workaround if you think of using Airplay and use the app, you are out of luck. You frequently get disconnected and when the phone automatically locks, your streaming stops. Resuming an episode is a pain, it messes up between seasons and randomly starts any episode. Do creators actually test the product before they launch? After so many reviews and people complaining on similar issues how are these issues still not resolved?
Keeps asking for more money

One of the worst streaming apps ever. Even subscribing to premium services, I keep getting a pop-up while in app to add more money. I can’t exit out of it. I have to click ‘add funds’ and then exit out of subsequent workflow. I’ll recommend against this app.

This sorry piece of garbage shows an alert every time I open it to add funds with no way to cancel it. Can you get more disgusting ZEE5? By far, the WORST IOS APP I have installed. Also, save your canned response.
Fraudulent app and company

Fraudulent app and company..ZEE5 charges you for premium subscription, I paid for 12 months subscription however it does not recognise the same and is not allowing me to view any premium subscription and is forcing me to pay again for premium subscription. It has been 2 weeks since I paid however I still cannot watch any premium content. Worse is ZEE5 company does not have any customer support and there is no way to explain your problem or dispute the payment. This is really really bad.
Unable to login in Apple store app

Signed up on browser and now can’t login with my credentials on the app. It only has register option, and does show I already have an account but it does not let me login in with my credentials. Developers please fix this issue.

When I visited ZEE5 website then most of the time I needed to login two time. Too many issues to describe in this review. I am unsubscribing right now. Money wasted on this low quality app.

Not user friendly at all! Also gets stuck
